Manufacturing Unit
We have designed a modern infrastructure equipped with latest Machinery and equipments that helps us to manufacture the best quality products. Our complete setup is segmented into various departments like manufacturing unit & quality assurance unit in order to execute the complete work process smoothly and effeciently. The highend machines installed at our manufacturing unit includes mixing mills, extruders, hydraulic press, steam & electric chambers, boilers, and few more. Using these technically advanced machines, our dexterous workforce manufactures upto 5 MT of Extruded and Moulded Rubber Products per month. We have invest at around Rs. 25 Lakhs on installing these machines and manufacturing equipment at our unit. With the availability of such modern equpment we are able to deliver products well on time as per the requirement of our clients. These hi-tech in house facility has raised our capability to a comparatively larger level in the market.

All the above mentioned processing units are managed and guided by a prolific workforce, who work in close coordination to produce high quality products. Our workforce is well experienced in handling all the installed machines and they also have expertise in lubricating them on a regular basis so as to ensure their flawless performance during the time of production.
